Good morning runners! I did week 1 day 1 with a faster pace for running. I was going between 10-12min/mi on the running portion, which is right where I want to be for the pace that I want. I did most of C25K in prep for my 5K last Saturday so now I'm starting this program with a faster running pace to hopefully beat my time sometime this fall (I need to find a race!!!)
