hi i did week one day one today i thought it was going to be super hard to do the jogging part but after a little bit it wasn't to bad i enjoyed it and i also did it with my boyfriend.

if you work hard you can do anything you want to do

Thanks for the updates!! : ) Your motivating! I'm sticking with my current pace but adding more to the jogging and taking from the walking. I'm really enjoying this running : )

Good morning runners! I did week 1 day 1 with a faster pace for running. I was going between 10-12min/mi on the running portion, which is right where I want to be for the pace that I want. I did most of C25K in prep for my 5K last Saturday so now I'm starting this program with a faster running pace to hopefully beat my time sometime this fall (I need to find a race!!!)
