I realized that even though I am very overweight, my stamina was actually in good shape. I had no problem walking four minutes, running for one. It said to repeat three times, I did it four times. My poor legs are not going to be happy in the am. They were definetely feeling the burn. I feel good, I just hope that I can keep to my eating plan, that's my downfall. emoticon
