I just completed w1d1 this morning and did the whole thing without stopping. I have been adding in tiny bursts of jogging recently to my 2-3.6 mile daily walks and decided it was time to just do it and start this program. I haven't run for a full minute in years. I have never been able to run a mile without walking, so that is my first goal to reach with this program. Then I plan on signing up for a 5k in mid August. If I can do this at 270 pounds now I can't wait to see what I can do as I get smaller. I am really proud of myself and I hope all of you are proud of yourselves too!
