Life IS Good!!
I made it past the first 3 days of this program. Today was my day 3 in the walk 4 rum 3. Tomorrow I will be doing my last day of crosstraining then resting up before going on to week 2. I will really work hard on getting this going. I will also eventually do a virtual race after my 8 weeks in this program are done. I will do it. I need to do it for me. I have also noticed the inches dropping off my waist since I started this program too. I really like that.
I think that I will have to tell everyone in this group that if I can do so can you. It might feel like you are not going to make it those last few seconds but don't give up. Keep up the great work and you will be able to get this week done. Good luck to all of you!
