I completed Week 1, Day 1 yesterday for my first time. I'd done some light jogging during walks before though so it didn't kill me, but I will stick with the plan anyway and hope that the transitions to later weeks is easier on me...
So with all that said, what do you guys normally do on the off days?
I do not have access to a gym, bicycle or swimming pool. I do have dumb bells, resistance bands, stability ball, Kinect w/dance and workout games, and a large assortment of DVDs including Zumba, Leslie Sansone, Pilates, Ballet Conditioning, Cardio Kick Boxing, 30 Day Shred, The Firm Get Chisl'd, Core Fusion
I would like to do something extra at least twice a week so that I am working out Mon-Fri. I tend to take the weekends off. But I'm not sure what would be best or okay to do. I do not have any pain or soreness from my 1st day of C25K training.
