I started this week too. Your right it wasn't as hard as I thought, I was wondering if I would make the minute myself. I used to run 3 miles easy when I was younger, but now can barely run .5 with out stopping. Looking forward to running my first 5K! Hopefully we can help each other through this journey.
Congratulations Apikulena! I just started yesterday too. I've never run, the only times I've tried I thought I had to run the whole time, so I thought I couldn't run. I didn't think I'd even be able to jog for 1 minute, but, as you said, it wasn't hard at all. So far so good. Let's do this!
