Finished week one! Today was day 3 of wk 1 and I changed it up a little. I have an app for my phone called "RunDouble" and it has a slightly different training method. I can listen to my music and then it will interrupt to let me know when to change from walking to running and visa versa.
You start with a 5 min warm-up walk, then 8 repetitions of 60 sec running and 90 sec brisk walking. Then finishing with a gentle 5 min cool down walk for a total of 30 minutes and it kicked my butt
But.....I finished it and I'm loving that
Week 2 starts Monday!!!
