I just finished my second workout of Week 1. I noticed before I started that my calf muscles felt a bit tight, especially in my left leg. I thought the walking would work that out, but it hasn't. I'm thinking I need to do a better job at stretching before and after my workout.
Can anyone recommend a resource for the kinds of stretching I should be doing?
Or, do you have suggestions on what else might cause this?
