im here to support and be supported but this is my plan for the week:
Podrunner intervals podcast, its a podcast that you listen to music that plays while you run and the tones help you switch from running to walking, my frist week has 5 min warm up and the switching between walking at a pace of 128 bpm and running at 145 bpm then a cool down for 3 min total time is 29.19 which I will do three times this week and walking for cross training and one rest day. I love it and its nice to not have to use a stopwatch, im very excited about this training and my race :)
