Yeppers, Finished week one with 2 hill run/walks of .4mile ea. and total of 1.9miles, 30min. and the grade on this hill is a beast, I hope it will help my run/walk time on a normal 5k. I'll be hitting this sucker one day per wk.
I can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens me! With his help I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, that while I run the race of life I run in such a way to win the Imperishable Prize.
Finishing week 1 tomorrow. I am having to change the schedule up just a smidge and do my three runs on M/W/F as those are the days that I have a treadmill available to me. Hopefully within a month there will be enough snow melted that I can try running outside.
So far I am loving this running thing. Had no idea how awesome I would feel.

I even got to do one of my runs outside!! I want to do that as much as possible, but the weather is pretty unpredictable right now (thank goodness for my treadmill). I took my dog with me (a hyper husky) and she was totally dragging butt on the second half of the workout. I'm considering repeating the first week to give my dog a chance to catch up- ha ha ha. But I don't really want to hold back.
