Last night was my first day of week 1 and I think it went ok...last week when I did my practice run I was able to run 1 min walk 2 mins (instead of the 4) for the entire 20 mins but last night I could only do it for the first 15 then I walked the rest of the time...I think I was just very tired yesterday after having not gotten much sleep the night before...also for some reason I was just aching all over while I was jogging making it very uncomfortable...I am going to make sure I stretch well tomorrow when I do Day2 and also that I am well rested! Still going strong though!
