The only failure is to not keep trying.
At this point you should be working on your endurance and not speed. It doesn't matter how slow you are at this point. Endurance comes first.

This is my third time "starting" this program. The first time I worked on doing the runs at a fast speed and got burned out and hurt. 2nd time I was too laid back. This time I am working on consistency. What about the rest of you?

You don't have to sprint during the runs. Take it slow. You want to build your endurance right now. So don't worry about the speed.

I did Week 1 day one on Friday and Week 1 day two today. Yesterday I did one hour of hot yoga at the gym. Tomorrow I have Jump Board Pilates on the GTS and then I'll do Week 1 day three on Tuesday. I'm not sure if I'll be ready to do Week 2 next week or not, since I still cannot run during each sprinting section.

I started this program last week, ran on Monday, crosstrained on Tuesday, then it went downhill from there. So I'm starting over and will keep it moving this time. I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving, I'm looking forward to getting ready for Christmas.
