This is my third time "starting" this program. The first time I worked on doing the runs at a fast speed and got burned out and hurt. 2nd time I was too laid back. This time I am working on consistency. What about the rest of you?
I did Week 1 day one on Friday and Week 1 day two today. Yesterday I did one hour of hot yoga at the gym. Tomorrow I have Jump Board Pilates on the GTS and then I'll do Week 1 day three on Tuesday. I'm not sure if I'll be ready to do Week 2 next week or not, since I still cannot run during each sprinting section.

I started this program last week, ran on Monday, crosstrained on Tuesday, then it went downhill from there. So I'm starting over and will keep it moving this time. I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving, I'm looking forward to getting ready for Christmas.
