hello all this is my second day with sp and W1D1 training...i found it difficult to run the full minute hope that gets easier lol... i did the best i could though... i am proud of myself for trying...it has been a dream of mine to learn to run so i will not give up....20 min went by quickly and the distance was exactly 1 mile...thanks for listening any tips i would appreciate
