Day 2 complete yesterday and it was actually easier than Day 1. I think it has a lot to do with the fact my guy came with me. I felt a little embarrassed in the beginning because he is a runner (especially compared to me). Nonetheless, he stayed at my pace which helped out a lot. I guess there is something to having a buddy to run with.

Looking forward to Friday's Day 3 walk/run.

Hi All.. Yesterday was Day 1 of Week 1 and I found that I was saying to myself, I can get through the last 1 minute jog. There was no … “ugh, I hate this”.

I am looking forward to Day 2.

I finished week 1!!! That was super fun. It's harder to do than you would think it is. Super excited to start week 2. A little nervous that I'm not gonna push through 2 minutes. OMGoodness. What am I saying? I really want to run a 5K this summer. If I can't run 2 minutes, how am I going to run a 5K? emoticon
