You can find your training schedule (and track your workouts) anytime by visiting your Training Planner page. We have also posted this week's plan below for quick reference.

Follow the training plan below on any three days this week, preferably spacing your walks throughout the week.

Day 1: Walk for 4 minutes, then jog for 1 minute. Repeat 3 more times. (Total workout time: 20 minutes)

Day 2: Walk for 4 minutes, then jog for 1 minute. Repeat 3 more times. (Total workout time: 20 minutes)

Day 3: Walk for 4 minutes, then jog for 1 minute. Repeat 3 more times. (Total workout time: 20 minutes)
