Way to go. That is outstanding. Great job sticking with the training plan.
Fantastic! You will have many adventures.

Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken.
You will never "find" time for anything. If you want time, you must make it.
Walking is a fun way to clear your mind and enjoy your surroundings. Sounds like you have found a new adventure. Have fun with it.

Don't look at life as "you have to," view it as "you get to." It puts the fun back in things.
So... I did it. I planned and prepared for it, and I walked that 5K walk!
Winston, Churchill (my Cavalier spaniels) and I started out early in the morning so we'd avoid Florida's heat, and we did it! This is the furthest we ever walked in a day. My touch of agoraphobia leaves me doubting my ability to find my way home again, so even walking through the neighborhood on a new road can add stress. But with Spark's "map my route" I knew where we were going and...
we did it. But we're not done!
This is only the beginning of many longer walks for us. I look forward to cooler weather so we don't have to get up and out quite so early!
