You are so true on that! You just need to pick up where you left off and keep moving forward. You gotta move it to lose it is my motto! I just finished my training today. So I am looking forward to walking my 3.1 miles one day next week. Happy walking everyone!

I pretty much missed this week and vacation starts tomorrow... So I'll repeat week 5 when I return. Not happy with myself, but it's been a very different and difficult week, so I forgive me. Life will return to normal in a couple weeks
