Hi! This is a great challenge. I'd recommend it to almost everyone as it it a great way to build confidence in ourselves.
Last week I did the 5k - I just kept walking and shocked myself to have reached the goal so soon. Yesterday was a different story. I planned to do the recommended walk which was less than the 5k. This time I walked hills. Whew!
I barely made the recommended distance.
I will continue to walk and add hills even after the program is over.
