Walk up hill today but didn't have a way to track the mileage. Put in my time, though!

I'm BACK !! got in 2 1/2 miles on Friday and plan on the whole 5K today .... one day this week I plan on walking the 5K that I will be doing next week .... getting excited !!

HEY SWEET ..... Did you ever get any feedback on your wanting to be a team leader? do we need to help spur up the SparkGuy to get something done? let us know !

Hi! This is a great challenge. I'd recommend it to almost everyone as it it a great way to build confidence in ourselves.

Last week I did the 5k - I just kept walking and shocked myself to have reached the goal so soon. Yesterday was a different story. I planned to do the recommended walk which was less than the 5k. This time I walked hills. Whew! emoticon I barely made the recommended distance.

I will continue to walk and add hills even after the program is over.

Challenging myself to reach my 2015 goals while there is still time.
