I can't believe it's already Week 5 of the program. These weeks have really gone fast. Today I completed Day 1 of Week 5 by walking 2.11 miles in 40 minutes. Only 5 more days to Race Day and then my virtual race the following week. We are also doing a pedometer challenge for a month at work so I will continue to get more walking in.

Update 7/26: Day 3 completed. I walked for 30 minutes and covered 1.54 miles. Compared to the other distances I've been walking during training, this seemed so short. Next stop Race Day! Ya Hoo!
