I wish it were that simple, I've updated my weight and cardio burn, I do strength training...all accounted for here at spark and my food range is 1200-1500 calories. I don't intentionally eat at the low end but when I'm full...I'm full. I eat fruit and veggies, good fats, carbs and proteins and I don't see the sense in eating when I'm not hungry or increasing my serving sizes to being over full.
Hence the weighted vest idea to continue burning the same amount of calories in the same amount of time.
Again thanks for the input, but I really am looking for information regarding the weighted vests, not general diet tips.
