Got the mid week 2.5 mile walk in this morning. I had to map out a new route to get one that was long enough.
I have to say that I've been having a blast with the walking. I lost a couple pounds and an inch on hips and waist over the last few weeks (mostly the week I was walking 2-5 miles a day on vacation). I'm even thinking that my big goal of doing some long hiking isn't just a pipe dream, but rather something I can in fact train for and accomplish.
