Got week 4 finished and started on Week 5 today. I am walking faster now then I have in a long time. I did a 5k walk during week 4. I am going to try to do it in a shorter time when I do the 5k this week.
Hope everyone is having fun with this challenge.
At the end of the day, be able to look back and say "I did my best today."
Tomorrow is 2.75 mile day for me. I'm excited to be bumping up my walks to be longer and longer. Hoping the cooler weather holds for tomorrow, too. It is only 90 in Phoenix today, vs. the usual 110. We got RAIN!

Way to go!!! I am also in week 4 and going strong. Do you have a destination for your 3.1 to make it special or are you just going to walk it regular? I'm thinking I might pick somewhere to walk to or from, but I haven't figured it out yet. So basically I'm trying to get some ideas.
