Started Week 4 training under less than ideal conditions tonight. The time change is making it tough to get my walk in before dark, and it was drizzling. Funny how long 40 minutes can seem when you are wet and can't see out of your glasses... Good thing I've been feeling greatly determined about this, or there is no way I'd have been out there last night. Finished Week 3 by power walking the corridors of my motel over the weekend - after warning the desk clerk what I was doing, so she wouldn't think I was off my rocker. ;o)
