I guess I walk/run a 5K now three times a week. Ha-ha! I am adding 2min jogs every ten min. as a way to improve myself. Not really recording the time I finish the 5K, just doing my hour. Whew!! My heart rate is improving and so is my en-durance. Great job everyone! Keep up the good work!
