I am glad to hear that i am not the only one that is behind!! The greatest thing i have learned from everyone is to 'That no matter where you are,just keep going till you reach your goal!!

All of us get off track for differant reasons at differant times. The keys is just getting back on track and it seems like that is what you are doing

We got a little off track this week with all the rain we've been getting :( It's been pouring when we get home from work, and then the one day it wasn't we were under the weather and decided to not risk our sickness in the cold. Hoping to get back on track this week by continuing week 4 (even though it's technically our race week) and then do our 5k for the TrickOrTreat Trot since, inevitably with the way the weather is looking, we'll probably miss a day of walking between now and then and have to use the extra time to make up for it.
