Hi Team. Week 4 Day 1, I walked on the treadmill for 60 minutes. Since my short term goal is to walk in my Maximum Target Rate of 85%, I got up there today but did not stay long. I feel as long as I can reach it, for a short period of time, that is enough for me right now. I'm just trying to get my heart used to reaching such heights. I feel good about my workout today it was

I wear my pedometer Monday thru Saturday. I cannot wear it on Sundays because I am always at church and I figure that it would be kind of hard to slip it on my dress somewhere. Anyway, I had a good day today. I got on the treadmill for 20 minutes. Then I came home and cleaned my house up and after I cooked and ate supper I went for a 30 minute walk.
