I know exactly how you feel! I just finished W4D1 40 min. walk as well (1.66 miles or 2.67 Km for us Canucks). It wasn't pretty or fast but I finished! and that's all that matters at this point!

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I realized that participating in this challenge is my biggest motivator to stay on track this month. I have not lost any weight but I have not gain any either. I'm glad that I joined the 5K walk challenge!
