WOOHOO!! I did it! I finished Week3 AND.... I walked further than assigned! Yesterday, my Hubby & I went to the gym in the afternoon. I got on the treadmill thinking I needed to go 2.5 miles. The assignment was for 2.25, but thanks to my awesome book I'm reading, I didn't realize how far I was going til I saw 2.55!!! WHEW! and to top that off... I got on the scale and I was DOWN 2 lbs since Monday!!! Doing the Happy dance now!! and so ready for Week 4's challenge! I am soooo thankful to belong to a gym cuz it's blistering hot here in Sac (108°). Taking a rest day and being lazy...

I did my Week 3 Day 1 & 2 on Mon & Wed, but didn't get to Day 3 due to business situations, & health issues..... it's always something! ugh! But that's okay... I will get back on my horse (treadmill) tomorrow and get 'er done! No worries!
