Week 3 starts for me today. I'm very excited. I'm not so sure the dog is because he walks with me. My daughter is loving it; she gets to spend more time on her bike. I now have a bodymedia which makes tracking so much easier. It's fun to try to beat myself each day going forward with the number of steps I get in!!! Thank you all for being here and sharing in this experience.

I did 3 miles this morning-walked to get my coffee instead of driving. I took it slow and took a break at 1.5 miles to drink my coffee. Got in over 10,000 steps today because I forced myself to mow the lawn tonight!
The best cure for stressing is to count your blessings...and a long walk won't hurt either!
