It is fine to stay on a week for a while. Just keep moving a little every day. Ten minutes, fifteen minutes. I've walked in rest stops, gas stations, airports, even around the block at a church. It works.

When your life gets a little better, become more active, but moving even a little bit keeps things a bit easier.

I'm starting week 3 over since I have been inactive for close to a week. With the death of my aunt on the 9th, traveling to different cities for one day a family remembrance get together, then another city the next day for funeral, I just didn't have time or energy to move. On the 19th, travel to out of state to Wyo. to the grave site. I just got to get my legs moving again. I know I can do this. This is just a bump in the road. But "procrastination" loves to come visit me about now. emoticon
