It's been really hard for me to plan a route that EXACTLY fits the distance requirements in my neighborhood. Today I did 2.55 miles in 49 minutes with my little three-legged dog in tow. I may need to lose him eventually, as he is actually slowing me down now, wanting to sniff every tree and every yard . So I'm ahead of schedule for week three but that's okay, I figure I can do the same route next week and work on picking up my speed.
I'd also like to get some VFF's so I can do this "barefoot" as I workout barefoot and I think my feet would benefit from it. So far so good though!
