I am a walker, I can't run because I have a
bad ankle... but I walk every day. I have too
or it will stiffen up on me. So joining this
challenge was a great way to keep track
of my walking and making enjoyable too!
I went from a
20 min. walk to 18 min.
I am trying to speed up in my second lap.
I go to a walking path by my home. If it is
raining I use my Tony Little Gazelle. I love it!
It is probably the one exercise equipment that
I use almost every day.
Point is I am trying and I like that feeling!
