As for calories burned, Spark can often be overly optimistic at times. The Mayo Clinic lists for a 240 pound person walking 2 mph a burn of 305 calories. Remember the longer you are out the more calories you will burn as well as long as you keep moving. If you have to stop for long periods, figure the calories burned per minute and subtract out resting calories. Even better, get yourself a heart rate monitor with calories burned and that will give you a much more accurate number.
Depending on your other workouts and the calories burned in those, you might be in a large enough deficit that you need to up your calorie intake a little. Before doing this though, I'd look at coming up with a more accurate calorie burn.
A more accurate, though pricey way to find out a daily burn is to use something like Fit Bit. It will calculate 24 hours/day.
As for taking 2-3 hours for your 5K. It doesn't matter how long it takes, we all do the same distance.

I long to accomplish a great and noble task, but it is my chief duty to accomplish humble tasks as though they were great and noble. The world is moved along not only by the mighty shoves of its heroes but also by the aggregate of the tiny pushes of each honest worker.

Don't look at life as "you have to," view it as "you get to." It puts the fun back in things.
