Since I'm used to doing a slow jog on my treadmill, I thought just for fun that I'd do a trial 5K route and see how long it took. I really wasn't expecting much but I came out with 3.38/miles in 54:24 minutes (something like a 16min/mile). Now, to just try and improve on that.
