The important thing is that you did it!

I have completed my third week today. However, I have learned an important lesson-check your training plan before you begin. I was actually putting myself ahead by jumping into week four. I have been stressed today, and working through personal issues. It is a gorgeous day, and I know it won't last long. I am alone, in a different area, and was fearful of getting out by myself. I knew I needed to conquor that fear so I made that a priority. Towards the end, the stress, and added exertion put my heart rate monitor in warning mode. As this often increases my stress, and I often have anxiety attacks on top of this I slowed my pace, and gradually resumed until completed. Upon arriving home I really felt a sense of accomplishment. I had conquored my fear. Unkowningly, I have also put in a little extra training for next week. I have hydrated and eaten a snack, and my mood is much improved. (Just hoping my muscles don't complain too much)
