Way to go. Keep positive. I'm still enjoying exercising and now my family has started to be so encouraging, even if it means they may have to wait. This really feels great.

I agree! I signed up for this team so that I could motivate myself to exercise, and it's been super motivating for me. I'm actually looking forward to tomorrow since that's my day to do my Week 3 Day 1 walk!

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Week 2 went marvelously. Hope I can say the same for week 3. I'm really enjoying exercising these last 2 week. I hope you all are also.
