Finally completed my second week. I did the 2 miles in 40 min. I did my walk on the track at the Y and I had a hard time getting going. But toward the end I actually wanted to get done, I made myself jog a slow jog for a little bit. Proved to myself, I could do it. Next time I am going to take my iPod so I can listen to music. I seem to do better with music.
I almost quit the walk, but did some self talking to myself, and told myself I can do it and I did it.
Looking forward to the 3rd week.
