Walked 1.5 miles in 36 mins on Saturday. Today did 31 mins on treadmill and covered 1.7 miles. Walking w/ ipod & music outdoors is much more rewarding that pounding on a treadmill. But the gym is handy and keeps me going.
I walked for 30 minutes instead of 25 and did 1.41 miles...It started raining halfway through my walk determined to finish & not a thunderstorm just a downpour I walked the whole route...it was actually fun...my husband came looking for me & I sent him back home of course he thought I'd lost my mind but I was determined to finish & I did!!!
