ouchie! hope those toes get better fast!

me, i messed up on my tracking for the 2nd time. I thought I had entered on the day I did my continuous walk but didn't. When I took my walk the other day I realized it. Ends up it looks like I did both on the same day.

Hoping it will warm up past the freezing point today so I can get my last walk in.

I have not started week 2 yet and really have no excuses to as why. I did do a 10 minute walk outside during break time today at work ending with stepping up and down on the curb for 3 minutes. I jammed 3 of my toes last night in the dark. Hopefully it won't affect my walking. They feel bruised and swollen but no outside evidence of it.
