Today I completed my 1.75 mile walk. I learned some new things about my walking. First, I haven't been training on the inclines in the manner I had hoped, and I can really feel those hills. That is to be expected. What surprised me, was that as I often am not familiar with my walking route I end up walking further than my goal. The odd thing to me is that when I walk longer distances my speed is better. Is this the law of averages? Hoping to complete the week tomorrow if I can move after a full day on my feet.
