It is difficult to hang in there when the weather is so uncooperative. Doing indoor activities sometimes takes more creativity, but you were up and moving. emoticon

As for me, the weather and life events have created so many disruptions I am behind where I would like to be. I may wait until the end of the week (continuing to train as possible) and repeat the week. I began the day on my stationary bicycle, but had to readjust my heart rate monitor. Before I had that under control I had an unexpected visitor who remained the entire afternoon.
Hence this will be considered a day of rest for me, and as the weather is once again supposed to be stormy I plan to get back on the bike, and continue with the yoga and strength training. I was sore early this morning, so it probably worked out for the best. The visit I had was worth a day without exercise.

Day 3- Chilly and pouring rain. I went grocery shopping and walked 1377 steps, 0.60 of a mile in an hour. I just finished some stretches with the ball and cardio. I hope it warms up and not raining the rest of the week so I can get out and walk. Worn out from all the caughing, it just won't stop. But I am sticking in there, I won't give up.

Week 2 Day 2- I have been focusing on my training. I have been trying to strenthen my lower body and do a combination of strength exercises and yoga. Cardio is my passion. I have used my stationary bike, and videos to keep the legs going. However, when I add in inclines which I have been away from and am focusing on external stressors I note a big difference. I see now how the stress tightens my muscles, and my pace slows. I see progress so that suits me. If I can continue to better myself that is my goal. I am hoping in a couple of days to return to the gym and work on some increased inclines there.
Great job everyone! emoticon

Have finished Week 2!! plus walked an extra 3 miles this week. I can't beleive I have stayed focused and on track. The weather has been rainy this week, but seems to break right at the time I want to take my walk. For that I am thankful. Onward to Week 3... emoticon

I did it... after a difficult week at work, with only one side workout, I did my day 3 today... but I feel very tired, I just wanted to go back home asap.
But I did it, and monday will be my week 3 day 1. I hope next week to be better!
