Not doing so well. Each day I say today is the day, then till I get home from work I'm just to tired. So this is not working for me yet. I will try again today

Week two went well. since I already do as much or more. I expect week three to demand rather more from me, but I'm ready! I need to pay more attention to cross training and to rest breaks.
