Promise yourself ten minutes. Usually after that, it seems not so bad to "make" myself walk. I have learned to draw the line at truly bad rain as I hate getting soaked to the skin and my electronics don't work all that well.

I completed Week 1 this past Saturday and I've actually been having a good time! I actually tried fitness walking with the good form described in one of Spark's articles. It was really hard! The only downfall I have is that I LOVE to walk on nice days but do NOT want to when it's raining. I had to force myself to go out one day.
