I did the walk scheduled for week 1 day 1, I ended up walking for 40 minutes and traveling 2 miles distance. It was a great walk, a good chance to vent with my besty.

Get healthy and stay that way!

I would like to start training to walk 5K again, try to get my time under 62 minutes this time.

I am 5 feet 5 inches tall.

I am getting started with this training program again. I walked 5K today after bailing on the training program, so I am going to start over and get all of the workouts in this time before I start training to walk 10K.
