i am not a regular exerciser so i am keeping on the 1 mile walk for extra days to increase my stamina , i just can not go as fast as the training page suggested. i did improve my time by 2.48 minutes. i will try again next time to increase my distance.

Week 1 15 minute walk
I walked 1 mile and 1.5 miles this week.
On to week 2
