Today is Week 1 Day 3
I walked 1.5 miles in 24.26 minutes - I kept walking after 1.5 miles and completed 2.01 miles in 33 minutes - guess not bad afterall

Today is Week 1 Day 2
I walked 1 mile in 16:39 minutes - I felt good and kept going....finished 3.11 miles in 50.41 minutes emoticon Think I am on the right ballpark towards my goal....
