This morning I grabbed my iphone and ear buds, a bottle water and put on my good walking shoes. I headed out the door for my 15 minute walk. I did 0.93 miles in 15 minutes! Super proud of myself. I can't wait to do day 2 and see my progress. I am hoping to walk the 5K in less than 50 minutes. I think that's a very good goal to shoot for. Good luck to us all!!
