Hi there! Today was my first day of the 5k fitness challenge. I am so happy with myself for completing day 1. I figure I will just have to take things a little at a time as motivation is a huge obstacle for me. Hopefully I can stay encouraged through being connected with people who have the same goal as me. Happy walking!

21/6/12 15 mins walk and some cross-training too because today suits me best
maybe unusual to count as cross training but I spent time cleaning windows today.
Definately different muscles used
