I've been walking 2 miles most days over the last month.

BEATRIMSOON ~ That depends on what your walking routine is currently. I would suggest instead of jumping ahead, do the full program, but work on increasing your speed for the given training day until you reach your current time/distance. This will make the longer distances in the coming weeks easier.

I have already been logging steps and walking is my cardio every day. Can I jump ahead on the training program?
