I was super lazy the other day and didn't feel like going to the gym to do my walk. It's too cold to walk outside, so I thought I'd do some laps in the apartment. I ended up doing 20 minutes in a crazy figure-8 throughout the entire apartment--part of it included jumping on the bed!
I know it may not be ideal, but it was better than staying still. And it was fun. Looking forward to more weeks walking.
